Everyone has their kryptonite. Mine just happens to be home and lifestyle shops.
Drop me off at a HomeGoods (or heck, a Target), and I’ll happily peruse for hours. Give me *all* the cozy blankets, fluffy pillows, and fall-scented candles. I am here. for. it.
Of course, as a local realtor, I prefer to support small businesses whenever I can — and that’s where Nancy and her shop, Cosy House, come in.
Nancy is proof that I have the best neighbors on the planet. She’s just amazing — an absolute pro at bringing comfort, beauty, and grace into the everyday.
That probably sounds like an exaggeration, but trust me, it’s not! There’s so much more to a home than the square footage and the number of rooms, and Nancy really gets that.
Her style is immediately recognizable. Here’s how I know:
A little over a year ago, my husband and I bought a small, two-bedroom getaway in Springdale, just two miles from Zion National Park. Aside from the incredible location, the house isn’t anything special. It’s pretty simple actually.
But it came fully furnished, and the moment we stepped inside, we were instantly at home. I fell in love with the neutral color scheme, the comfy furniture, and the little details that tied everything together. It was perfect.
Not long after we closed, I discovered that most of what I adore about our getaway came from Cosy House. It’s easily one of my favorite places in all of St. George, and Nancy quickly became one of my favorite people.
Which is all to say: I’m always down for a few hours at HomeGoods. But if left to my own devices, I’m headed to Cosy House — no question. I truly admire Nancy’s sense of style and the quality of her products.
So, if you’re looking to spruce things up this holiday season, head over to her store. You won’t regret it.
